The Grange

Timeless, elegant, faded grandeur with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll cool would be the best way to describe this fabulous Georgian manor house set on the Romney Marsh in Kent. When the current owners bought this house is was largely untouched for 40 years and they have renovated it with a light hand. Panelled walls still have their original paint while the wood floors have been left throughout. Where they have added decorative details they have shown great sensitivity adding covetable features such as De Gournay wallpapers and Farrow & Ball paint colours. The original 1950s still has its original Kitchen with Aga and butlers sink. Outside extensive gardens, orchards and fields help to make this a really impressive location. There is also a recently converted barn in the grounds with a more contemporary feel, great for adding another dimension to your shoot or as a shoot and stay option!
